1 TBS raw apple cider vinegar or juice of 1/2 small lemon

1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

1 TBS dry mustard (optional)

1/2 cup extra-virgin coconut oil

1/2 cup quality olive oil

2 TBS whey, sauerkraut juice, pr pickle juice (optional)
